Christmas Eve

Anna and Noah were thrilled that we made it to the end of the Christmas Eve service to sing Silent Night by candle light. I'm pretty sure it's a first for us...we usually have to make an early exit!



 

 

Noah wished for a brother on his Christmas list this year; I think a little wrestling with friends after the Christmas Eve service helped a little bit!

Downtown Christmas Windows

As simple as it is, going to see the Christmas windows downtown, it has become one of my favorite family traditions. I love to see them run from window to window to see what's next.

 

 

And a stop off at Starbucks for hot chocolate and treats is always a good idea.

 

 

 

It's hard to describe how much my heart swells with love and joy over these three little ones. We have a gracious Father who knows how to give good gifts to His children! 

 

 

 

My Little Elves

All three of my little ones LOVE to help decorate the Christmas tree. It was so much fun again watching them sort through all the ornaments they've collected so far! 

 

 

Thanksgiving Day at Grandpa and Mimi's

We love going to Florida for Thanksgiving! The weather was amazing this year! We were outside nearly all day, just soaking up the sun, playing with the kids, and enjoying a lot of adult conversation! This trip marks a turning point for us, our babies have grown into big kids and boy could we tell a huge difference now that our youngest is 3! What a fun family time together!!

Florida with Nana

We spent Thanksgiving week in Florida with Tim's side of the family. Here we are at Tom Brown park with Aunie Holly, Uncle Mike, Nana and Mikayla.

My Seven Year Old

 

I like to do this once a year, so I can remember my child at each unique stage. So be forewarned, this is a lot of a momma gushing over her sweet boy. Noah, we are so thrilled to have you as our son. You are our delight each and every day! I love this picture of you because it is just so YOU right now! You have a love for life and for each second of it you live it to the full. You wake up ready to go go go and you maintain that same pace until we tuck you into bed. You love sports, especially baseball. This past year you have become a bonifide Braves fan. You have begun an obsession with collecting baseball cards, and you sit in the pews at church talking baseball to anyone who will listen or takes interest. Your new favorite thing to do in the mornings is to hop in bed with your dad and watch Sports Center. You are doing so well in first grade. You love school and love to be challenged. At lunch, you sit in between William and Eliot each and everyday. You are doing well at reading, but math has become your biggest interest. You do not like to be up in front of others. During the first grade assembly you were so happy to have found a backrow spot (next to Eliot)! We love watching you grow and feel trememdously blessed to have you in our lives!!!
