Beach 2 Battleship 2011

Tim raced in the half Ironman distance Beach2Battleship in Wilmington.

he finished in 5:17 which is a new personal best! great job Tim.

best part was doing it with his brother, Mike.

6 Years Old

He is getting so big! He is still in constant motion and loves to laugh, draw and color. He's in Kindergarten and starting to read on his own. At our first parent/teacher conference his teacher gave us a sheet with his strengths, she wrote, "he is kind hearted toward others - helpful with special needs friends." Wow, God is so gracious to us that already He has given Noah a sense of care and concern for others. It genuinely is a gift from the Father! At his 6 year old check up he was in the 50% in both height and weight (3' 9" and 44.5 lbs) and perfectly healthy. We are incredibly blessed to have him as our son, and I still miss him during the day when he is in school--though I don't tell him that!

we had a great time visiting Mike and Katie in Wilmington.

Wrightsville Beach was so beautiful and the weather was even better.

We celebrated Noah's birthday today with a Halloween pumpkin painting party!

Nash Vegas Tri

After a fun night of swimming in the hotel pool and eating dinner out, Tim raced in a Olympic distance tri--his first race back after the collarbone fracture. It was another beautiful day and we had so much fun cheering him on and playing by the river and at the park's playground.
