Happy Birthday, Mommy. I love you!

Thanks honey for making my birthday so special! And sorry for posting this picture...but it is MY birthday after all and it's one of my favorites!

My favorite part of my birthday gift from the kids is the card. It's a recordable one and Noah says, "Happy Birthday, Mommy, I love you!" What a sweet boy!

I love our kids so much, and I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to be with them everyday!

Sleeping Beauty!

She looks so long when she's all stretched out in bed, sleeping peacefully.

My sweet girl.

My cousin, Becca, came to visit us last Saturday. She's in Nashville at Vanderbilt Med school. We had fun catching up.

And Noah LOVED getting to bake cookies with her! His favorite part of course is picking out the chocolate chips and eating them.

Playing Baseball

Noah's stringing the ribbon through the holes to make himself a baseball to put up in his room.

And he's coloring the bat.

Noah made a baseball and bat to celebrate getting to sign up for his very first tee ball team. His season will start the end of March and one of his buddies, John Thomas, is going to play too. He is so excited about it, and honestly I'm excited about taking pictures of him in the uniform!!

Letter of the Week "E"

The Letter of the Week is "E" can you guess what it's going to be?

Daddy even got in on the letter of the week action. Looking good guys.

E is for elephant! Good job, Noah.

Okay, I just love this picture of Anna. After dinner she was eating ice cream and decided it was much better with her feet up...I wonder where she could have gotten this from?

The Shoes! The Bobcat!

Anna got pink Barbie high heel shoes from her daddy for Valentines Day.

She wears them around the house and loves the loud sound she can make all down the hallway. It is so funny to see her wearing her girly girl shoes...and did I mention that she LOVES them?

They broke ground on the empty lot next door to us, and Noah has been fascinated with everything happening so close to his windows and back yard. During Anna's naptime on the first day of work, Noah and I were watching the Bobcat dig from our front yard and Noah was invited to help drive.

I thought maybe he would be shy of this complete stranger but not our Noah. He jumped up there so fast and quickly answered that his name was Noah. He LOVED it and has asked to look at the pictures of him in the Bobcat nearly everyday since.

Mine Little Valentine

After I put Anna in her Valentines Day dress for church the Sunday before Valentines, Noah said, "Mommy, where's my Valentines outfit?" So here is Noah in his red shirt that thankfully we already had hanging in his closet!

And this is Anna's little Valentines Day dress. It was a hand me down from friends in our church who had twin girls late in life, they are Noah's age. She looked so cute in it!

He's trying to get a kiss from his valentine! She just wanted to get down!

This was the best one of them together in their Valentines Day outfits, note the hands on the knees...that was from me saying, "keep your hands to yourself."

Mommy's Little Helper Girl

Anna loves to get her vacuum out and help me when it's time for me to run the vacuum. She just looks up at me and smiles and then works right alongside of me...what a little cutie pie.

She even likes to help daddy. Tim was installing a child safety lock on one of the drawers in the kitchen and Anna went to Noah's room and grab one of his toy screw drivers and started helping daddy with his project. She is growing up too fast.
